Learning and Psychological Consulting

Educational Objectives

  1. Build foundational knowledge in learning theories, psychology, and counseling.
  2. Develop diagnostic, measurement, and problem-solving skills for addressing identified issues in learning and psychology.
  3. Foster the ability to conduct consulting projects through collaboration with individuals, departments, and organizations.
  4. Educate on ethical considerations and standards associated with learning and psychological consulting.

  1. Learning and Psychological Consulting Microdegree Program - Course Content
    • Theories and techniques related to learning, development, psychology, counseling, career, and assessment
    • Motivation enhancement strategies for improving learning outcomes of individuals and organizations
    • Strategies for promoting career development, career planning, and career decision-making
      • Identifying learning and psychological issues and effective solutions for each problem
